After months of waiting, it was that time to see where Messi would end up at. At times many thought he’d go to Saudi Arabia and even FC Barcelona but, Messi chooses Inter Miami. Messi has joined the MLS which is the American soccer league. Many Messi fans were shocked as he had a good chance of going to back to Barcelona but went to Miami instead. Messi himself stated “I really wanted to return to Barça, I had that dream. But after what happened two years ago, I did not want to be in the same situation again, leaving my future in the hands of someone else”. So it is understandable as to why he chose to go to Inter Miami. He wanted a new start in a new league where he could do what he wanted for himself and his family.
