Manchester City’s 2-1 win against Leeds United puts them 4 points ahead of Arsenal after Ilkay Gundogan scores 2 goals. They are looking to win their third consecutive Premier League title. Arsenal has a game today against Newcastle and they need to come up big to make their point deficit smaller.
Mikel Arteta said that he believes that ‘It is the best time because this is the moment right now,’ for Arsenal to hold the Premier League title up high. He isn’t wrong as this is the closest shot they’ve had since 2004 in which they’ve won. With the momentum they have now, we can see a big showdown between these teams and we might have a similar scenario to Manchester City & Manchester United’s matchup in 2012. I hope Arsenal can come out and show to us that they want to win it all.
